General Terms + Conditions

Access to and use of this website and the products and services available are subject to the following terms and conditions (together with the documents referred to in it). By using this website and/or booking a Curl Clinic® or placing an order you are agreeing to all of the terms and conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms and conditions please refrain from accessing and using the website and/or service. www.curlmaven.ie is owned and operated by Gabriella Strano trading as Curl Maven®, Company Registration Number 690029. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any dispute arising from, or related to, such contracts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Ireland.

Purchasing Products

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to these terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not accept changes to orders after they have been placed. Therefore, please be sure that your order is correct before confirming your order.

Once you’ve placed an order on www.curlmaven.ie, we will send you an email to acknowledge your order. For orders paid via credit or debit cards, your card will be debited once the order has been accepted. When placing an order you undertake that all the details provided by you to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place the order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the costs of the goods.

Delivery

Prices are quoted exclusive of postage and packing, which will be charged at the rates specified on the product you are purchasing. We endeavour to dispatch your order within 72 hours during the working week: Monday-Friday 9am-5:00pm. If your order is received after this time or is received over the weekend or on a bank or public holiday then it will be dispatched within 72 hours of the next business day.

We regret that we cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery once it has been dispatched via the delivery company: An Post. If in the unlikely event your order does not arrive to you, please note that An Post will not consider a parcel missing until 21 days after it has been dispatched. We cannot resend the missing order until after this time.

Late + No Show Policy

Please ensure you arrive on time for your Curl Clinic® or Follow Up on the day. You will receive an email reminder 24 hours ahead of your scheduled consultation. If you are 5-10 minutes late, the full duration of the consultation cannot be given, out of courtesy to the next client. In this situation, clients will incur the full cost of the consultation.

If you are more than 10 minutes late for a Curl Clinic®, or 5 minutes late for a Follow Up, this will be regarded as a no-show and no refund is given. A 50% rebooking fee will apply should you wish to schedule another Curl Clinic® or Follow Up.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to can cancel or reschedule your Curl Clinic® or Follow Up, please use the links provided in the reminder email, or the confirmation email you received at the time of booking. If you miss your Curl Clinic® or Follow Up without giving 24 hours notice, no refund is given and a 50% rebooking fee will apply should you wish to schedule another Curl Clinic® or Follow Up.

Returns Policy

Should product(s) arrive damaged or faulty, we will offer to repair, replace, refund the item(s) when you contact us about the issue within 7 days of the items being delivered. You can report faulty or damaged products to [email protected]. Please include any photographs or videos that you have of the damage, fault or issue so we can assist in facilitating the repair, replacement or refund where applicable.

*Please note that any of the above does not affect your statutory rights.

Refund Policy

If you are being issued a refund, we will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, excluding the cost of delivery. Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment used when placing the order (e.g. credit card, debit card, Paypal) and can take up to 5-10 days, depending on the bank. If a gift card was used for full or partial payment, any refunds due will be credited to the original method of payment of the person who purchased gift card.

All materials incorporated in or accessible through this website, including but not limited to text, photographs, images, graphics, illustrations, logos, audio clips, video clips, downloadable and/or other content, and the compilation, collection, arrangement and assembly thereof (including the look and feel of the site), remains the property and copyright of Gabriella Strano and Curl Maven® and as such are protected by Irish and international copyright laws. All such rights are reserved.

Any unauthorized use of material or content from this website, including copying, reproduction, re-publication, editing, sale, transmitting, uploading or incorporating into any other content, products and/or services, without prior written permission is strictly prohibited and will constitute as an infringement of copyright.
