A really quick Sephora Spring Savings Event Guide on my favourite and must have products to pick up this year, using the discount code OMGSPRING until April 19th. These products are favourite hair and beauty products, that I continue to repurchase, stock up on and/or invest in. I knew this post would be really quick and easy to write, as I know exactly what I’d recommend and can tell you why I love them so much! So here you go, I hope you enjoy!
Sephora Spring Savings Event Guide
Bumble + Bumble Sunday Shampoo
My most recommended product on this blog, ever! Bumble + Bumble Sunday Shampoo is a chelating, clarifying, detoxifying shampoo. Absolutely essential if you live in a hard water area! But also if you swim in the ocean or pool regularly or get your hair coloured, especially if you have highlights/bleach! It says it’s not suitable for colour treated hair, but that doesn’t apply to how I recommend here. Use once a month, always deep condition for at least 10-15 mins after. One bottle lasts me two years! See this post for more info on clarifying.
Charlotte Tilbury
One of the most popular makeup brands around, and has been from the first day celebrity makeup artist Charlotte Tilbury launched. Fun Fact: an image I took was one of the main images on the top of the home page to promote her Magic Foundation when it launched! My favourites are:
- Bella Sofia Eyeshadow Quad – originally called the Dolce Vita Palette, I love the champagne and gold topper shades.
- Eyes to Mesmerize Cream Shadow in Rose Gold – I have a few shades but this is my favourite and most used
- Hollywood Flawless Filter – perfect for lightweight summer glow with a little coverage
- Lip Cheat Lip Liner in Iconic Nude – your lips but better, perfect for filling out the lips but they still look natural
- Airbrush Flawless Finish Setting Powder – I’ve re-purchased this countless times!
Colour WOW Dream Filter Treatment
The Colour WOW Dream Filter Treatment does something very similar to the Bumble & Bumble Sunday Shampoo, but is less harsh on the hair and can be used more regularly. Perfect for bringing on vacation, or if you’re swimming in the ocean or pool daily. Essential if you have blonde or highlighted hair as it removes the metal and mineral deposits which cause lighter hair to appear dull, with brass or copper tones. Apply to dry hair before washing, leave on for 3-5 mins and then do your normal washday routine. See my Washday Workbook for my top tips!
Dyson Supersonic Hair Dryer
Dyson very kindly sent me their Supersonic Hair Dryer recently and I have to say, I can see what the hype is about in terms of saving you time. The voltage is much lower in the USA than it is here in Ireland and the UK. So the drying time is much longer in the States. When I was in California in 2019, it took me over an hour to dry my hair! It usually takes me less than half an hour at home in Ireland. So if time is important to you, then definitely take the opportunity to purchase the Dyson Supersonic Hair Dryer in the Sephora Spring Sale Event!
FOREO UFO 2
I love the FOREO UFO 2 device. It takes all the faff out of masking and it’s a fun tool to use, as well as giving great results. Quite pricey, so another great product to add to my Sephora Spring Sale Event Guide. This little smart facial device encourages the absorption of nutrients and active ingredients into the skin using small, Korean-inspired sheet masks. My skin always feels soft, hydrated and plump whenever I used it, in less than two minutes! Definitely pick up the little sheet masks too. I honestly don’t think I can pick a favourite, I love them all! I wrote about this device and the sheet masks in more detail in this post.
KORA Organics Noni Glow Facial Oil
I am a huge fan of KORA Organics but let me tell you, this Noni Glow Facial Oil is my absolute favourite! It’s a stand out product from the range. I absolutely love everything about it, from the texture and scent – it’s super light weight, to the radiant, soft, smooth, plump skin it gives me every time! I’ve also been using this on my 12 year old son who was in a bad accident on Christmas Eve and scarred his face. We apply this daily and it’s healing up really well! Perfect for all skin types, even sensitive ones!
NuFace Mini
I love and adore my NuFace Mini and recommend it all the time as one of the best anti-ageing devices that gives consistent, immediately visible as well as long-lasting results. I’ve had mine for a few years now and it’s still working perfectly. I’d definitely advise in getting the mini though! The full size one is appealing because of all the attachments. But apart from the attachments, the mini is exactly the same – just cheaper. You can read more about it in this post.
Olaplex No. 3
An absolute essential, must-have product if you have bleached, highlighted, coloured or chemically-treated hair. No arguments! Olaplex No. 3 and No. 0 are the only products that are silicone free, and the only ones I recommend. No. 0 is a primer and No. 3 is a bond building, bond repairing treatment. It’s not a deep conditioning treatment. See this post on how to maintain healthy hair when colouring for more info on how and when to use. Ps. I don’t think it’s as important to use this treatment if you are colouring your hair a darker colour, the processing and damage isn’t the same as when you’re bleaching and highlighting.
Shiseido Benefiance Eye Masks
The Shiseido Benefiance Eye Masks are best I’ve ever used and the only ones I continue to repurchase! You don’t know how lucky you are, as these aren’t available in Ireland or the UK. So I stock up with several boxes whenever I’m travelling. I have really sensitive skin, especially around the eyes. These don’t make my eyes sting or stream, and they are so hydrating and firming. They’re also anti-ageing as they contain retinol. So only use these if you’re using a good SPF every day, and bringing it all the way around your eyes. Which we all should be doing any way.
Slip Silk Pillowcase
My favourite silk pillowcases, and I’ve had quite a few! Slip Silk Pillowcases are the best quality and feel the most luxurious, and the nicest colours too. I love them so much, I’ve got five! Silk pillowcases prevent dryness, frizz and breakage and preserve your waves and curls. It saves time the next day and is what makes your washdays last longer, without having to refresh. I know it’s a lot of money, but it’s an investment in your hair – and your skin!. But it’s something you will use every single night, and will save you time the next morning. Now is the perfect time to pick one up in the Sephora Spring Sale Event.
Summer Fridays
One of my favourite vitamin C serums and one I’ve already repurchased a few times since it launched. CC ME Serum is perfect for all skin types, especially sensitive skin. Full of anti-oxidents, peptides, soothing niacinamide and weightlessly hydrating squalane. This little serum is a pleasant little powerhouse that brightens, improves skin texture, and reduces dark spots and hyperpigmentation. Definitely check out the Summer Fridays Lip Butter Balm – another favourite and continually repurchased product of mine. The Soft Reset AHA Exfoliating Solution – a beautiful serum-like AHA toner to exfoliate and visibly brighten skin while reducing the appearance of pores. And their recent launch, Cloud Dew Oil-Free Gel Cream Moisturizer. Lightweight and hydrating, perfect for dehydrated, oily, combination or sensitive skin. If a cloud could cuddle your face, I imagine it would feel like this moisturizer.
Sunday Riley Good Genes
Oh America, how lucky you are! We can’t get the original, lactic acid version of the cult-favourite, iconic Sunday Riley Good Genes in Europe. We have a glycolic acid version one, and it’s too harsh and drying on my dehydrated, sensitive skin. So every Sephora Spring Sale Event I pick one up! A multi-tasking all-in-one acid treatment that does wonders for dehydration, pigmentation, blemish-prone and acne-scarred skin. I’ve been using this for years and will never be without it! I also really love their Tidal Brightening Enzyme Water Cream, I’ve just repurchased another tub, it’s one of my all-time favourite moisturizers. Along with the C.E.O Vitamin C Rich Hydration Cream also from Sunday Riley. If you suffer with acne and break outs, U.F.O. Ultra-Clarifying Face Oil is the amazing!
Tan Luxe
What DON’T I love from Tan Luxe?! Seriously! I cannot tell you how many times I’ve repurchased the Super Glow Hyaluronic Self-Tan Serum. The perfect amount of subtle, sunkissed glow! When I want a more noticable sunkissed faux tan, I use the THE FACE Illuminating Self-Tan Drops in medium/dark. Powerfully potent, you only need a few drops. If you learn nothing else from this post, please remember to wash your hands immediately after use! There are a few tanning drops like these ones, but I find the Tan Luxe are the most long-lasting.
Tarte Tartelette In Bloom Eyeshadow Palette
I’m not the most adventurous when it comes to eyeshadows. I’m a warm browns neutral girl and this Tartelette In Bloom Eyeshadow Palette is my favourite! I got mine in another Sephora Spring Sale Event when it first launched and it’s still my favourite and most-used eyeshadow palette. Smarty Pants is the one I use the most. Check out the Toasted Eyeshadow Palette if you want something warmer, richer in tone.
Tata Harper Regenerating Cleanser
I fell in love with the Regenerating Cleanser from Tata Harper about five years ago after I saw amazing results after the just one use! I’ve continued to repurchase the full, standard size in Sephora Spring Sale Events ever since! Gentle enough to use daily, it exfoliates, buffs and polishes with BHA and apricot microspheres to reveal smooth, radiant healthy-looking skin. LOVE! I also love her Retinoic Nutrient Face Oil With Vitamin A.
So there you go, my Sephora Spring Savings Event Guide on my favourite and must have products to pick up this year. I hope you found these recommendations helpful. Let me know in the comments what you’re spending your money on this year. Or if there’s any products you think I’d like to try out! Gabriella x
